Andrew Thorpe, the Chef, spent most of his time collecting experience in established Swiss hotels. Great hotels like:

He led the way to a promising career as restaurant chef owner. Leaving Switzerland behind for an unknown future in San Francisco was an emotional decision which was never regretted. With his supporting wife, Swiss-born Brigitte Thorpe the great American adventure was going to happen.
After more than twelve years in the San Francisco restaurant business, Andrew and Brigitte Thorpe built themselves a reputation for being one of the cleanest, and as well, one of the top 100 rated restaurants.
