Thinly sliced aged beef to cook in a vegetable broth, served with a variety of sauces and condiments.

Fondue Bourguignonne
Cubes of choice beef to cook in oil with a variety of sauces and condiments.
(Caution: Extremely hot oil, not recommended for children)

Fondue Bacchus
Thinly sliced aged beef to cook in a red wine vegetable broth with a variety of sauces and condiments.
